Microsoft pushes towards MDM management of Windows 10 devices
Microsoft's MDM Migration Analysis Tool (MMAT), coming in April's Windows 10 Creators Update, has been developed to help customers to move to MDM managed Windows 10 devices.
To help analyze and report on the Group Policy settings configured within your organization and list those supported by MDM, Microsoft has developed the MDM Migration Analysis Tool (MMAT) allowing simple symmetric policy configuration for your Windows 10 MDM managed devices.
MMAT will determine which Group Policies have been set for a target user/computer and cross-reference against its built-in list of supported MDM policies. MMAT will then generate both XML and HTML reports indicating the level of support for each Group Policy in terms of MDM equivalents.
